Bringing shade and shelter to a south-facing garden

A bespoke oak pergola was constructed, and hand painted in exterior eggshell paint in a soft green tone. Specifically chosen to match the period property’s windows and cladding, creating a seamless architectural blend. At the base of each pillar, star jasmine was planted for its fragrant, evergreen nature, providing a natural canopy as it grows. An outdoor table and wicker seating elevated the space, which serves as an all-season entertaining area.
